Ryan has previously managed operations and strategy development for the Coast to Capital Growth Hub, developing business support programmes and delivering expert support to scaling businesses across Sussex. He has supported over 1,000 SMEs over the last 10 years to develop their business plans, access funding and finance solutions, develop their marketing strategy and advance their digital adoption and skills.
He has developed a strong network of contacts through the South-East, from SMEs across all sectors, education providers of all levels, funding and finance providers and local government.
