Paula has a background in ERDF Programmes, delivering EU Programmes in both the SE and SW of England. She has been supporting SMEs as a coach/mentor for ten years and raised more than one million of funds for SMEs through grant applications for Innovation Grants, together with numerous successful KTPs. More recently, she has concentrated on SMEs in the Environmental Innovation Sector.
Previously, she worked in the finance/commercial banking sector as a Bank Manager, providing both strategic and financial development of businesses.
Paula joined Oxford Innovation Advice as an Enterprise Europe Network Innovation Advisor assisting SMEs in the Hampshire, Surrey and Oxfordshire regions.
