Lou helps innovative SMEs in the South East of the UK with high growth potential to identify their barriers to growth and supports them through that growth.

She is a highly committed, enthusiastic and results driven SME Professional who has worked in middle and senior management roles over the past 16 years. Latterly was the Growth Manager for the C2C Growth Hub, Regional and Service Delivery Management roles for Grant Thornton on the GrowthAccelerator programme and a Business Advisor for Business Link Hampshire. Her network is legendary and collaboration part of her DNA.

Lou also ran several of her own businesses so understands the real life journey of an entrepreneur. Having worked with over 1000 SME’s during this time has an excellent understanding of the SME landscape and the support required. Her particular expertise is in Marketing and Branding and working with Food & Drink companies and all manufacturing. A real passion for innovation, having had that responsibility for over 25 years with fast moving consumer goods companies like Nestle and Muller dairies. Lou has a degree in Applied Physics from Liverpool John Moores University.

Having developed very late in life a passion for Tennis, Lou also enjoys Padel tennis and Racquetball in her spare time.
